Today (25 April) the verdict was revealed on “Mukhalifat” newspaper employee Yashar Agazadeh’s lawsuit against Baku State University Director Abel Maharramov.
Yasamal District Court Judge Ragib Gurbanov adopted a decision not to fulfill the claim.
Recall that Agazadeh filed a lawsuit, seeking moral damages caused by an allegedly illegal action by a ranking official. Agazade claims he was wrongfully not accepted into Baku State University.
