Today in the Nasimi District Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Mammed Mammedov, a hearing was conducted on “Bizim Yol” Newspaper correspondent Natig Adilov’s lawsuit against Chairperson of the State Commission for Student Admissions Malayka Abbaszade.
During the hearing, the defense’s lawyer introduced to the judge a response to the information request that was sent, and said that if the letter wasn’t received it is not their fault, the post office is to blame. The Judge asked the plaintiff is this letter satisfied him. Adilov said he was not satisfied by the letter. At this point the defense’s lawyer told the judge that if he adopts a decision to respond to Adilov’s information request, the response will come in no other form than the letter that was introduced to the court today.
