The weekly newspaper “Democrat” has temporarily stopped operation, the newspaper editor-in-chief Mustafa Hajibayli told Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety (IRFS) today.
According to the editor, the reason for the stop in operation is related to the financial problems and the newspaper will resume operating in January, 2011.
The Democrat has been published since March 4, 2010 and is published weekly.
