It is possible to listen to different opinions and thoughts on this radio. Discontinuing the broadcasting of these radios would be a serious blow to media pluralism.”
National TV and Radio Council Chairman Nushiravan Maharramli said that the broadcasting of foreign radio stations is not conforming to law and therefore it could be ceased as of next year. Three foreign radio stations – “Radio Liberty”, VOA, and BBC are being broadcast via Azerbaijan FM.
