Today, 13 January, in the Baku Appellate Court, under the chairmanship of the judge Aygun Abdullayeva, a hearing was held on the appeal of the Center for Assistance to Free Economy Head Zohrab Ismayil against the decision adopted on his lawsuit against the Education Ministry. Plaintiff Z.Ismayil and his representative, “Media Rights Institute” employee Fariz Namazli took part in the hearing. Nobody participated on behalf of the defendant in the hearing.
Lawyer Fariz Namazli asked the court to consider the failure of the ministry to answer to the information inquiry addressed to the Education Ministry unfounded and demand that they respond to the information inquiry.

Center for Assistance to Free Economy Head Zohrab Ismayil appealed to the Narimanov District Court regarding the failure of the Education Ministry to answer to the information inquiry on the expenditure of means allocated for building of schools. On 10 March, 2009, the court did not fulfill the lawsuit.
