IRFS UNVEILS FIRST MEDIA MONITORING REPORT

Today (16 September) the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety unveiled its report on the results from the first month of monitoring it is conducting in connection with the presidential elections.

IRFS Chairman Emin Huseynov opened the event and said that IRFS is collaborating with Slovakian NGO MEMO 98, a Slovak media monitoring organization, with financial support from the National Endowment for Democracy.

MEMO 98 Media Analyst Marek Mracka said that their organization was specializes in media monitoring and has carried out many media monitoring projects.
