“Gundalik Azerbayjan” Newspaper editor Uzeir Jafarov told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety that today “Gundalik Azerbayjan” editor Shahvaled Chobanoglu stopped hunger-striking, after his health deteriorated at 2 a.m. this morning.
In addition to this, today “Yeni Musavat” Newspaper Chief Editor Rauf Arifoglu also stopped hunger-striking. In Arifoglu’s place “Yeni Musavat” Newspaper employee Famil Jafarli began hunger-striking today. In addition, “Musavat” Party Press Service employee Yalchin Abbasov started hunger-striking today.
Human Right activists Saida Gojamanli, Novella Jafaroglu and Saadet Bananyarli visited the hunger-strikers today and inquired about their health.
