Khural newspaper editor-in-chief, Avaz Zeynalli, told IRFS today that the Narimanov District Execution Office sent a notification letter to Khural newspaper demanding voluntary execution of the Appeals Court decision within 10 days. According to him, the notification says that if the decision is not executed voluntarily, the costs of further execution measures will be levied on the newspaper.
Avaz Zeynalli also noted that businessman Tlekhuray Ayubovich appealed to Narimanov District Court and filed an lawsuit against Khural newspaper, claiming violation of honor, dingy, and business image and demanding compensation for psychological damages. The preliminary hearing will be held on October 6th.
