Starting tomorrow, the National TV and Radio Council (NTRC) will begin to monitor 12 radio channels that are broadcast nationwide in Azerbaijan.
Head of the NTRC’s Analytical Expertise and Programming Department Tevekkul Dadashov told APA that the goal of the monitoring is to find out if the radio channels adhere to the requirements of the law “On TV and Radio Broadcasting”, national and moral values, and legal normative acts that have been accepted by the Council. According to Dadashov, the monitoring will start tomorrow. This week “Space”, “Azad Azerbaijan” and “ANS CM” radio channels will be monitored. “The results of the monitoring will be discussed in the NTRC’s meeting next week,” he added.
