The Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic’s National TV and Radio Council granted “Nakhchivan Sesi” a license without conducting a tender.
Council member Sahil Tahirli told this to APA. According Tahirli, “Nakhchivan Sesi” appealed to the council to receive a license without participating in a tender, and during a meeting of the council a decision was adopted to fulfill this request.
