“No one has applied for the tender that the National TV and Radio Council (NTRC) announced for a new radio broadcasting program,” NTRC member Gafar Jabiyev told APA.
Jabiyev said that the tender conditions are not hard. “People have verbally expressed interest in the tender that began on 8 September for radio frequency 105.7, which will be broadcast in Baku and Absheron. However, the competition is not over yet. The ones that are interested usually become active close to the end of the tender.”
