Turkish Airlines became involved in the lawsuit after a motion put forward by Jafarov, based on Azerexpresspocht’s claim that the documents had been lost by Turkish Airlines.
Jafarov told IRFS that he would be filing an appeal against the decision. “The decision is unfounded. Apart from the compensation for moral and financial damage, we must approve the fact that the Communications Office has lost my documents. Even the opposite side has admitted in its letters to us that they had lost the documents. But the court made such an absurd decision,” Jafarov said.
