According to the information of "Mediaforum" website "Internews Azerbaijan" Public Union and "Yeni Nasil" Journalist Union conducted a seminar on 6 February through 11 February on "Covering Religious Topics in the Media.
" The aim of the seminar was to enlighten participants about impartially reporting on Islam or issues related to other religions in the press.
The seminar was led by U.S. expert Brent Hurd, who has international experience in three media fields (TV, radio and press), and TV critic Zeynal Mammadli. Journalists representing five regions participated in the seminar.
