Yesterday the Press Council appealed to the Interior Ministry about the conduction of joint monitoring against citizens who put “PRESS” placards in their cars.
Press Council Chairman A. Amashov told this to “AZAD-INFORM” News Agency, and emphasized that various types of press placards have been used in vehicles involved in criminal cases. According to Amashov, special press placards have already been prepared for press organs by the Press Council, and, after their distribution, only these placards will be considered valid.
