Members of the parliament’s committee on foreign affairs urged Azerbaijan’s authorities to immediately free the bloggers.
The Swedish Youth Federation demanded for immediate release of bloggers also. In their letter to Ilham Aliyev, leaders of youth organizations of all seven political parties represented in the parliament expressed concern about politically motivated arrest of Hajizada and Milli and demanded that they should be immediately released.
In their joint statement, PACE Swedish delegation and Human Rights group members emphasized violations observed during proceedings into the investigation of the case against the bloggers.
