The Head of the Center for Assistance to Free Economy Zohrab Ismayil has rescinded his lawsuit against the Statistics Committee for not responding to an information inquiry. The Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety was told this by Ismayil’s authorized representative, Media Rights Institute lawyer Fariz Namazli.
“The State Statistics Committee responded to the information inquiry and therefore we withdrew our lawsuit from the Yasamal District Court today, 1 April, and Judge Tahir Ismayilov ended the case,” said Namazli.
