The bodyguard of the leader of the Popular Front Party, Niyameddin Ahmedov, was transferred from the pre-trial detention center to the hospital of the Penitentiary Service with suspicion of COVID-19. Turan was informed about this by the lawyer Zibeyda Sadigova.
The lawyer also noted that Ahmedov already felt bad at the trial two days ago.
On September 22, the prosecutor proposed to sentence Ahmedov to 15 years in prison.
