Today active members of the Popular Front Party Youth Organization conducted an action dedicated to 18th anniversary of “Azadlig” Newspaper.
The young active members advanced slogans related to freedom of expression defense and demanded imprisoned journalists’ release in front of former building of the newspaper which is situated in Khagani 33 Street. The action participants took the photos of imprisoned Editor-in-Chief of “Azadlig” Newspaper G.Zahid and the correspondentsatiric M.Sakit and placards which are represented first editions of the newspaper. The protest action ended without incident.
