On 25 February, at 12 am, at IRFS press center, the former executive head of the Tartar region will hold a press conference on the destruction of Alley of Martyrs in Tartar. 55 volunteer soldiers, who were killed in the battles for Tartar region in 1992, at Azerbajian-Armenia war, were buried in this Alley.
