The date of the court hearing hasn’t scheduled yet.
The court hearing on cassation complaint appealed from the court decision regarding the imprisonment of “Mukhalifat” Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Rovshan Kabirli and the newspaper correspondent Yashar Agazade has scheduled on 8 January 2008. The court hearing might be conducted today. The imprisoned journalist’s lawyer Rashid Hajili told this to the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety.
