Yesterday, 22 September, imprisoned “Azadlig” Newspaper Editor-in-chief Ganimat Zahid’s wife Ayanda Mursaliyeva visited her husband in Prison #17.

According to A. Mursaliyeva, the Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service’s Head Medical Department doesn’t see any reason to transfer G. Zahid to a treatment facility. It considers that Zahid may receive his treatment in the prison.
