Today, 16 March, in the Yasamal District Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Tahir Ismayilov, a court hearing was held on the lawsuit of the head of the Center for Assistance to Free Economy Zohrab Ismayil against the Statistics Committee for not responding to information inquiry.
During the hearing defense lawyer Sabina Ahmadova presented their response to the plaintiff’s information inquiry. Judge Ismayilov postponed the hearing until 19 March 10:00 a.m. so the plaintiff can be familiarized with the response.
