Today, 17 March, in the Yasamal District Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Ragib Gurbanov, a hearing was conducted on the lawsuit of the Center for Regional Human Rights and Social Research Public Union Founders Ali Bashirli and Shukur Izzetoglu against the Justice Ministry to consider the ministry’s failure to register the Public Union unfounded.
Judge R.Gurbanov issued a decision not to fulfill the lawsuit.
The Center for Regional Human Rights and Social Research Public Union was founded in March, 2009, and appealed to the Justice Ministry on 7 April 2009 to be registered. Then the union appealed to court due to the Ministry’s refusal to register it.
