According to today's issue of "Express" Newspaper, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasily Istratov visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs yesterday and for an exchange of opinions about the restoration of RTR broadcasting.
Isratov said, "Although negotiations haven't had any effects so far, we are willing to continue trying." The ambassador also emphasized that the cessation of RTR and "Radio Russia" broadcasts was a hastily taken step on the part of Azerbaijan.
