A personal website has been created for imprisoned Editor-in-chief of “Gunadalik Azerbaijan” and “Realniy Azerbaijan” newspapers Eynulla Fatullayev. Chief Editor of “Gundalik Azerbaijan” and “Realniy Azerbaijan” newspapers Shavalad Chobanoglu told this to the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety.
“The idea of creating a website for Eynulla Fatullayev generated at the eve of his birthday,” said Chobanoglu. “The website was technically ready, but questions remained regarding its design, name and domain. This problem was also quickly resolved. www.eynulla.info site is functioning as Eynulla Fatullayev’s personal site. Information about Fatullayev’s life and activity, imprisonment, reportages on his hearings, and articles written about him have been reflected on the website. The site is updated daily, and the latest information about Eynulla is placed on the website. And information about other imprisoned journalists is also placed on the website.”
