On 18 August, at noon, in the press center of the Institute for Reporters` Freedom and Safety, elderly Abbasov Suleyman Khalilovich’s lawyer Elmar Suleymanov will conduct a press conference regarding the refusal to place Abbasov in a civil hospital. Abbasov Suleyman Khalilovich was sentenced to pre-trial detention.
