On 23 September, at 2 pm, Kur Civil Society Organization will hold a press conference at IRFS to discuss the damages suffered by the population as a result of the Kur River floods in the spring of 2010.
Journalists, human rights defenders, and diplomatic corps representatives are invited to attend the event.
