On November 23rd at 2 pm, at IRFS press center, the relatives of human rights defender Taleh Khasmammadov and rights defenders will hold a press conference to speak about his arrest.
Journalists, human rights defenders, diplomatic corps representatives and all interested parties are invited to attend the event.
