July 17th is the birthday of the late editor-in-chief of Monitor magazine, Elmar Huseynov. If had not been murdered on March 2nd 2005 he would be 45 years-old tomorrow.We invite all the IRFS representatives and everybody, who loves Elmar, to visit his grave in the Second Alley of Honors on July 17th at 12:00pm and to remember him on the occasion of his birthday.
