ON 3 MARCH AT 2:00 P.M. IN THE OFFICE OF THE INSTITUTE FOR REPORTERS' FREEDOM AND SAFETY a roundtable on the 3rd anniversary of the murder of "Monitor" magazine Editor-in-chief Elmar Huseynov will be conducted.
The roundtable will focus on progress made in the murder investigation over the past three years and the current situation. NGO directors, journalists, human rights advocates and representatives of the diplomatic corps are invited to participate in the event.
