According to “APA”, Azerbaijan’s Communication and Information technologies Ministry intends to legalize Internet-telephone services in the country.
Ali Abbasov thinks that, these innovations have changed ministry’s attitude to the tariff policy and encourages the ministry to consider them again.
The minister noted that, “Today in our country Internet traffic prevails over international telephone conversation very much. Customers’ interests grow to IP-telephone services in the country. Though the use for those technologies is considered illegal before, today its prevention is almost impossible. It is necessary to change legislation base for improvement of new technologies in the country. We think that, it is important to legalize and carry out the radio broadcasting of the information on the basis of Internet technologies”
