“BAKU ZAMAN” NEWSPAPER MAY BE LEFT WITHOUT OFFICE

Yesterday (9 September), in the Baku Appellate Court, under the chairmanship of judge Gail Mammadov, a hearing took place on the lawsuit of Achig Jamiyyat (Open Society) Party and “Baku Zaman” Newspaper against the decision of the Sabail District Court.

According to “lent.az,” the decision of the first instance court was upheld.
According to the court decision, the party needs to vacate headquarters and the newspaper also needs to leave the building in the Old City, at 128 Kichik Gala Street.

The Sabail District Court had also issued a decision according to which they have to vacate that address.
