On November 7th Vusal Yusubov, the correspondent of the circulation department of Bizim Yol newspaper, was attacked by 3-4 unknown strongly-built persons, as reported to the IRFS by Yusubov himself.
As Yusubov puts it, he was assaulted at 3:20am, near the printing house of the Football+ newspaper on 3 Sharifzade street: “When I left the printing house 3-4 men blocked the way of my car. One of them asked if I knew him. When I said no, he started to punch me. Then other fellows joined him. When a patrol car appeared nearby they escaped. The incident is investigated by the Yasamal District Police Office #28” says Yusubov. He also mentioned that he passed medical examination in the Yasamal District Forensic Medicine Department, which confirmed the injuries.
