On 6 May, Baku Appeals Court did not fulfill the appeal of Bizim Yol newspaper employee Ramid Ibrahimov against the Nasimi District Court’s judgment not to investigate his alleged beating. Judge Jamal Ramazanov presided over the hearing.
After the hearing, Ramid Ibrahimov reported to IRFS that he and Nasimi District Police Office Police Department # 21 Head Investigator, police Capitan Yashar Isayev attended the hearing. According to Ramid Ibrahimov, deliberation continues 2 -3 minutes, and decision was announced short time.
