CHIEF EDITOR DISSATISFIED WITH ADVERTISEMENT MARKET

An interview with "Ayna-Zerkalo" Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Elchin Shikhli was published in today's edition of "Gun Sahar" Newspaper.

In the interview, Shikhli expressed his opinions on some interesting issues, including the halt of daily publication of "Ayna" newspaper. He said, "Advertisements in the newspaper market was reduced by 40% in January. We could support two newspapers with the help of advertisements last year. But unexpectedly we were forced to make cutbacks this January."
Elchin Shikhli stated his opinion on weekly publication of "Ayna" newspaper. "From the perspective of finances, the general situation of the mass media is ever worse off than "Ayna" Newspaper. You need to search the pages of newspapers to find advertisements there," said Shikhli.
