The copy of materials into the imprisoned “Azadlig” Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Ganimat Zahid’s case has been given to his lawyers.
Elchin Sadigov, G.Zahid’s lawyer told this the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety. E.Sadigov noted that, there are serious differences between testimonies given by Sevgilada Guliyeva. So, in her first testimony S.Guliyeva noted that, G.Zahid offered her to get acquainted with her. But in her other testimony she noted that, as if G.zahid cursed her. The lawyer E.Sadigov also noted that, investigation materials will be helpful in G.Zahid’s defense and interrogation of driver Babayar Mammadov who took Vusal Hasanov after the event.
