IRFS contacted the Yasamal District Examination Center Chief Fuad Javadov regarding this issue. F.Javadov told IRFS that no material evidence has been submitted into examination in connection with this fact.
We contacted the Yasamal District Police Department Investigator Bahruz Mammadov via telephone to learn the situation on the incident. Mammadov told IRFS that a criminal case has been opened under article 177.2.3 (committing robbery through entering residential areas, buildings, storehouses, and other places illegally) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic regarding this case. Fingerprints and other material evidence will be collected and sent to examination within two weeks.
On 10 December “Uch Nogta” Newspaper’s editorial office was burglarized. Five computer monitors and one printer were stolen.
