Chairman of the Committee Against Torture Elchin Behbudov met today
with “Realny Azerbayjan” and “Gundalik Azerbayjan” Newspapers’ Editor-in-Chief Eynulla Fatullayev, who is being kept in Prison #12 and “Azadlig” Newspaper satiric/journalist Sakit Zahidov (Mirza Sakit), who is being kept in Prison #14.
Behbudov told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety that the journalists have no complaints about the prison conditions or the administrators of their prisons. “Only Mirza Sakit said he is suffering from stress,” said Behbudov.
