On 17 June is the birthday of slain "Monitor" Journal Editor-in-Chief Elmar Huseynov.
To mark this day, Huseynov’s friends and media representatives will visit the Azerbaijani journalist’s grave at 3:30 p.m. at Fakhri Khiyaban #2. The co-founder of “Elmar Huseynov Fund”, Director of “Ganun” Publishing Houses Shahbaz Khuduoglu told this to the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety.
S.Khuduoglu added that prior to this, winners of the “Elmar Huseynov” Prize will be recognized during a ceremony held in the American Center from 2-3 p.m.
