Today on 26 December, Yasamal District Court held a hearing on the lawsuit filed by Mirhsahin Agayev, vice-president of ANS Companies Group, against rapper Elshad Khose.
Judge Tahir Ismayilov presided over the hearing.
According to ANS PRESS, Elshad Khose was sentenced to 6 months of corrective service and forced to pay 20 % of his salary.
M. Agayev had launched a case against Khose under the article 147 (defamation) of the criminal code for using inappropriate language and degrading the honor and dignity of M. Agayev.
