FORMER MINISTER TO JOIN JOURNALISTS HUNGER-STRIKE

Yesterday human rights advocates Saida Gojamanli and Saadet Banenyarli visited imprisoned “Gundalik Azerbayjan” and “Realny Azerbayjan” newspapers’ Chief Editor Eynulla Fatullayev.

Gojmanli told APA that the health of Fatullayev, who has been hunger-striking since 26 March, is normal, but could deteriorate in the next few days. 
After this, the human rights advocates visited imprisoned former Minister of Health Ali Isanov. Isanov told them that on April 3 (tomorrow) he will start a hunger-strike in support of the journalists.
