A. Mursaliyeva told IRFS that the manuscripts of the book Ganimat was trying to write while he was held in the Bayil Prison #1 have been found. The manuscripts, which were given to the Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service, were returned to Bayil Prison Chief Misir Aliyev. However, the chief doesn’t intend to return the manuscripts, she said.
“I met with M. Aliyev. He told me that his not going to return the manuscripts. He says there are statements against the government in the manuscripts and that is why they are going to compose an act to destroy them,” said Mursaliyeva, adding that they are getting ready to appeal to the court about this issue.
