“Ganjabasar” Newspaper, which ceased operations in 2006 due to police pressure and financial problems, has restored publishing.
The newspaper’s founder Ismayil Valiyev told this to Mediaforum.
According to Valiyev, publishing was restored with assistance from the National Endowment for Democracy.
