Garadag District Prosecutor Tariyel Gurbanov responded to the information inquiry IRFS sent regarding the proceedings of the investigation into the criminal case of Gundelik Azerbaijan and Realniy Azerbaijan newspaper’s editor-in-chief Eynulla Fatullayev.
It is said in the letter signed on 15 March and received by IRFS today, 19 March, that the preliminary investigation into the case of Eynulla Fatullayev opened in the Garadagh Police Office Investigation Department is concluding.
In the information inquiry IRFS asked for the copies of documents on the results of expertise conducted on Fatullayev’s case. It is stated in the letter that the copies of the documents are sent to the convicted person only.
