Today, 2 June, in the Yasamal District Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Tahir Ismayilov, a hearing on Latifa Malikova’s lawsuit against Azerbaijan’s Justice Ministry for the ministry’s refusal to register the “Regional Human Rights and Education Center” Public Union was scheduled to take place.
However, judge’s secretary stated that the hearing was postponed indefinitely because T.Ismayilov attends trainings conducted in the Constitution Court.
