Today, in the Nasimi District Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Shahin Abdullayev, a hearing was held on the lawsuit of Intigam Aliyev against Lawyers Colleague (LC) to consider the failure to accept him to Lawyers Colleague’s membership unfounded, and on the lawsuit of LC against Intigam Aliyev to defend business image.
The judge said that LC representative Mezahir Sadigov sent a written appeal to court to postpone the hearing for ten days due to the situation of his family.

The judge did not fulfill the motion of I.Aliyev to invite LC chairman Azer Tagiyev and several LC members to the hearing as witnesses and scheduled the next hearing on this case for 11 August at 15:30.
