Hurriyyet Ganjabasar newspaper reporter Ikram Rafikoglu has allegedly received a threatening phone call from an anonymous number. The Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety was told this by Ikram Rafikoglu.
He said that unidentified people called him and threatened him. They said that they will arrange his arrest and demanded that he meet with them. I.Rafigoglu said that he appealed to the National Security Ministry and the Ganja City Police Department regarding this problem.
