Today (May 30th) Ayna-Zerkalo newspaper and IRFS correspondent Idrak Abbasov was summoned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He gave testimony from 11am until 2pm, when he became unwell.
According to Abbasov, he delivered his testimony to Colonel Lieutenant Tofig Nabibayli, the representative of the special group operating under the control of interior minister Ramil Usubov, and another police officer who did not introduce himself.
Idrak Abbasov was brutally beaten on April 18th by employees of the State Oil Company while filmin g housing demolitions in the Sulutapa settlement of Binagady district.
