Today in the Yasamal District Court under the chairmanship of the Judge Elchin Gurbanov a preliminary hearing on Uzeyir Jafarov’s complaint against Yasamal District Prosecutor and Yasamal District Police Department was conducted.
The judge removed the staff of the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety from the court room because of closed hearing. During the preliminary hearing, the judge adopted a decision on not to file the case. U.Jafarov told this to the IRFS and noted that, he’ll appeal Appellate complaint due to the decision.
