Minister of Communications and Information Technology Ali Abbasov met with the Secretary General of Council of Europe Terry Davis during his visit to Strasburg.
During the meeting they discussed relations between the Council of Europe and Azerbaijan regarding information technology. According to APA, Abbasov signed a document about Azerbaijan’s participation in the COE Convention on “Cyber Crime.”
